`All functions return 0 if they fail

`console_start()              : `starts a console window for output

`console_stop()               : `closes the console window

`console_title("title")       : `sets the title caption of the console window

`console_write("")            : `writes a string to the colsole window

`console_writeline("")        : `as above but adds a new line character to the end

`                             : `of the string so the next write starts on a new line

`console_forecolor("color",0) : `sets the text colour of the text to be written to the console window

`                             : `available colors "red", "green", "blue", "cyan", "magenta", "black", "white"

`                             : `the second parimeter is for the brightness of the text, 0=normal, 1 = bright
