Generates and rotates a galaxy which is created from a random seed value.

Full Description

From the old Game on the ZX Spectrum, Elite, I got the inspiration then to randomize a galaxy with as many stars as you could ever want. Each galaxy is unique and generated from a random seed. Have a look, because the code can be improved on to create complete star systems and planet types. I may update it to do just that in the near future.
