A very basic icon maker, it scales images & turns them into bitmaps for icon customizing!

Full Description

To Have Your Own Icons: A)Click on the file or folder B)Go properties C)CLick on customizing tab D)Click on change icon, and browse the directory your icon is saved under. Instead of icon files only click on all files. Select your image and ta-da!!
