AppGameKit VR now works in AppGameKit Studio!

The AppGameKit Classic VR DLC now works with AppGameKit Studio!

We've updated both the AppGameKit Classic VR DLC and AppGameKit Studio to make this possible.

If you already own this DLC then make sure you download and update to the latest version of the VR DLC and follow the advice in the updated user guide (also copied below).

If you don’t own the DLC and don’t own AppGameKit Classic then you can buy the DLC direct from TGC as a download and then use it in conjunction with AppGameKit Studio.

If you also own AppGameKit Studio then you can use the plugin with AppGameKit Studio. Just ensure you copy the plugin files to the appropriate locations and ensure you are running the very latest version of AppGameKit Studio.

How to use the plugin with AppGameKit Studio

Steam users

The AppGameKit VR Plugin

Copy the AGKVR folder from your AppGameKit Classic installation from:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\App Game Kit 2\Tier1\Compiler\Plugins\AGKVR

To here:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\AppGameKit Studio\Plugins

TheGameCreators users

Copy the AGKVR folder from your AppGameKit Classic installation from:

C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\AppGameKit 2\Plugins

To here:

C:\Program Files\The Game Creators\AppGameKit Studio\Plugins
